A variety of countries open and close to possibility of adoption throughout the years. As of this writing, the most common countries to adopt from are: China, Colombia, Ethiopia, Guatemala, Haiti, India, Kazakhstan, Liberia, Philippines, Russia, South Korea, Taiwan, Ukraine, and Vietnam.
